This course will become read-only in the near future. Tell us at community.p2pu.org if that is a problem.

Keep a health journal [Oct. 29, 2011, 5:02 p.m.]

There should be an external (to you) record of any health therapies you engage in. For myself, whenever I use a supplement or therapy, I always tell my husband, in case something goes wrong. I even tell him if I take an ibuprofen.

This kind of accountability helps to protect you in case of a tainted product or even an accident that leads to you having to receive medication or other treatment while you are unable to communicate the nature of your current therapies on your own behalf.

How do you keep a record of your therapies that is accessible to others?
