We've just released our Mentor Training video, which includes footage from the Bay Area mentor training. This video effectively replaces the in-person mentor trainings we used to have, so it is an important resource for anyone mentoring a Technovation team. We've included a mentor panel of former mentors to answer common questions and talk about their experiences, role plays to showcase "problem scenarios" and comprehensive guidelines for how to effectively mentor a team.
