Just curious: seems like people who use Prezi will have an advantage to people who submit a slideshow since with Prezi you can record your voice. How can these two formats be fairly judged against each other?
This course will become read-only in the near future. Tell us at community.p2pu.org if that is a problem.
The PowerPoint Presentation is the visual representation of a team's business plan. Students will upload their finished PPT to Slideshare.net for judges to easily view. This lesson covers some basic design guidelines about how to create a PowerPoint which clearly conveys information and engages its audience.

Greetings Technovation Community,
Voice recordings will not be judged in the either PowerPoint or Prezi. The presentation is used to supplement the pitch. For example, a judge could refer to the presentation if something was unclear in the video pitch.

we were able to use Prezi last year, we are hoping we can use it too.
Can we use Prezi or SlideRocket instead of SlideShare? Both Prezi and SlideRocket presentations can be shared with a link.
My students are wondering this as well
Tahani is working on our judging platform, so I will check with her and she will get back to you early next week (she is out today).
Hi everyone!
So we are working on having Prezi and sliderocket be supported formats during submissions. We are doing our very best on making this happen, but cannot guarantee it since it is still in development. I will keep everyone posted as to which formats will be supported as soon as I know.
Stay tuned!
Tahani
I would REALLY like to advocate for Prezi submissions being supported. My team thinks PowerPoints are old and dull - it's not exciting for them. They already built something in Prezi are love it.
I think Prezi can just make a Public URL where anyone in the world could view the presentation. In this way, anyone reviewing the submissions with a web browser could see it. Wouldn't that work?

hoping for good news here!
Hi Katie,
Thanks for the feedback! I know, a lot of students prefer prezi, and so we are literally building it into the submission website since it's not currently supported. So we're working on it! I just don't want to promise you something and then for some reason it doesn't work out.
We should know soon, so hang in there, and I will let you know as soon as I get confirmation that prezis are supported.
Thanks for your patience everyone,
Tahani
Our team would prefer to use Prezi too.
Hi everyone,
Good news, we can now accept presentations in slideshare AND prezi! The system cannot accept sliderocket though.
So for all those who prefer to use prezi, go fot it!
Thanks for your patience everyone,
Tahani
I tried to open the stunningpresentations.com site, but it doesn't appear to be available. Are there other examples available?
I tried sutnningpresentations.com and it worked fine.
