Hello again :o)
I guess I got a little carried away when I posted the second assignment as my first assignment as well. Sorry about that.
I know there is a reason for needing to do these exercises, but I have a problem with a few things, and was wondering if anyone had similar thoughts.
1) I think is is nice to know how to write code from scratch and memory, but seriously, how many people actually do this now days.
2) I do not necessarily agree with the tags in the code for this assignment and I know it was being taught more from a current standard then absolute basics. For example, some have asked what the meta was, and was it used properly in the assignment.
3) Most of this assignment is usually done for you when you open a default new document when writing code with a program like dreamweaver. If not, one could always save a document that was typed once and use it as a template of sorts.
With all of this said, I had taken a few attempts as the meta tag and the !Doctype threw me off. Well, even though I posted it in my other assignment as well, here is the link to my assignment to properly close this assignment as well.
Y'all keep up the good work :o)
Sincerely,
Shawn

How do you scale down a photo in wordpress?
I present my XL photo of my hand written code:
Hi KT Beepanda
Thanks for your useful link about Charset. I don't understand it (yet) but have it bookmarked.
To resize a photo in Wordpress, you click to 'edit post' (or go to your post from the dashboard or reader). Then you click on your photo and the resizing handles appear. Or you can click again and 2 icons appear in the top LHS of your picture. One is to delete. The other is to edit. With the edit icon you can resize with more control and do other fun things too.
Hope this helps
Well,l I finished this task and here is my post for all to see.
Woo! I'm doing ok so far. http://clairedmura.wordpress.com/2013/08/06/hand-writing-code/
Hi Claire
You are doing great!
I can't remember anything. And if I don't understand it I cant remember anything at all! I just have to remember where I stored the information.
Here's mine

Okay, so apparently I got ahead of myself once again... I wrote a paragraph to accompany my thoughts on the exercise when I uploaded the photos before. I actually ended up answering the prompt before it was even asked! Woot! ericaeducator.tumblr.com
