The purpose of this course is to learn the most effective ways to lose excessive weight and to keep your ideal weight indefinitely.
The course is structured into two main parts:
Diet
- What to eat and not to eat.
- Scientific reasons that we should or should not eat particular food groups.
- How to beat the statistics (No more yo-yo diets).
Excercise
- The most efficient excercise types for weight loss.
- Do you need to excercise at all?
There's a lot of myths and misconceptions when it comes to dieting, and I made it my mission to help people find a way to live a healthier and more fulfilling life, by informing and teaching them what they need to know to efficently lose weight and keep that weight off.
