Being oursleves and working from our passions are important activities for students, This starts on Youth Voices with each student's Profile Bio and continues each day (or almost) when a student posts his or her detox.

Students' icons are posted beside any Discussion they create on Youth Voices. It represents each of them. And their entire Profile Bios are a link away from their posts.

When students detox they are finding their own space of permission. When they make video-, audio-, or written journals, they're experimenting with the invisible parts of a healthy, self-directed mindset. They're learning what it means to be mindful and self-reflective.
