PhD in Sociology by University of Seville. BA in Sociology and Master in Social Programs Leadership and Management from the University of Granada, he also has a Diploma in Intercultural Studies from the University of Linnaeus (Sweden). He has developed his teaching experience at the University of Seville and worked as main researcher and collaborator in many competitive financing projects and research centres. He has published several scientific articles in influential journals as well as book chapters. He currently works as a research technician in ACSA and is member of various professional associations and research groups. His lines of research range from the impact of health accreditation to the construction and evaluation of social indicators, task for which he was awarded with the 5th Andalusian Research on European Integration Prize.
