My motto "Don't be afraid to fall in love with something and pursue it with intensity" by E. Paul Torrance, the father of creativity has fueled my professional and personal endeavors for the last five years. I have a minor and master's degree in creativity and innovation, I love anything Torrance wrote, I work in the field of marketing and assessment at a University and I co-founded a business called Beyonder, LLC which helps parents, educators and youth unlock their creative potential through innovative education. I am a NERD and find joy in learning through discovery. In addition, I have a small addiction to soap operas. I find them fascinating! I am here because I want to learn about implementing a digital badging system in both a Career Services Department in Higher Education and in a kids summer camp.
