Kimberly Kim

Kimberly Kim

I work at Microsoft in the Engineering Excellence group, a learning and development organization focused on the engineering workforce. I am working on expanding our informal and social learning capabilities. I teach leadership skills to high school students in the summer, and I faciliate the adult forum at my church. My husband and I have two kids in elementary school. I am surrounded by teaching and learning, and I love it!

What is P2PU?

The Peer 2 Peer University is a grassroots open education project that organizes learning outside of institutional walls and gives learners recognition for their achievements. P2PU creates a model for lifelong learning alongside traditional formal higher education. Leveraging the internet and educational materials openly available online, P2PU enables high-quality low-cost education opportunities.
