Joined Mozilla in September 2011 to help launch & grow WebFWD. Learned IT and assorted protocols from various peeps - the hardest were: reimbursements (for expenses and for wellness - different processes, and not straightforward e.g. use Shoebox, but not the mobile version, set up bill.com for automatic payment somehow, etc etc.); PTO (how do you change it if you make a mistake?), IRC (why should I use this? Really?). And I still don't know what "AMO" means. This is current top-of-mind tally....
