I'm currently working as VP Operations for Shortcuts Software where I am responsible for introducing new products to the US market, implementation, education and the Help Desk. Shortcuts specialises is technologies for the hair and beauty industry including point of sale, online booking, email marketing, client reviews, online directory and business KPI’s.
