You step out of your house, reach half way and then you realize you forgot your wallet at home? You study late at night and you don’t remember anything during your exams? Then it’s a high time for you to work on your diet and what you eat. Memory can be enhanced with the right food. Your diet and the brain have a close connection. Because your brain needs the nutrients to function smoothly.  So, feed your brain right food and get the best results not only in exams but in day to day life too.
Make these dietary changes to enhance your memory and allow your brain to produce knowledge juice of it.
Eat breakfast – Never skip your breakfast, no matter how much late for your office, school or appointment. Your brain needs refueling after fasting overnight. If you are late, pack your breakfast in the tiffin or make sure that you take your breakfast once you reach at your desired destination.
Eat oily fish – Fishes like salmon, mackerel and tune are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. They promote health of the brain cells.
Opt for whole grains – Whole grains like whole oats, brown bread, whole grain bread and barley should include in your diet. They help to stabilize the glucose levels and are the main source of energy. You will also get vitamins like B1, B2 and B6.
Sip green tea –Green tea is a good source of antioxidants and caffeine. Caffeine contained tea improves cognitive function and increases concentration level.
Eat nuts – Don’t go nuts with nuts! They are actually a rich source of vitamin E and omega 3- fatty acids. Nuts like walnuts, pecans, peanuts can prevent from memory loss. They enhance our moods and facilitate brain function.   
Chocolate – Everyone loves eating chocolates. Yes, you can make chocolate as your diet part. Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants that boost your concentration level. Milk chocolate helps you to remember things quickly.
Tomato – Red tomatoes are also a rich source of antioxidants. Tomatoes fight against the free radicals. Radicals cause dementia, Alzheimer.
Blueberries – A handful of blueberries improves one’s motor learning skills and they protect brain against getting Alzheimer and dementia.
 Avocados – Eating avocados reduce high blood pressure and let the heart functions smoothly. Healthy blood circulation is good for the memory as it improves the functioning of the brain.
Broccoli – Broccoli is a great source of vitamin K which enhances the cognitive function and improves brainpower.
