Today works in ICT Competences and Training area at Enlaces, the ICT educational program for the chilean Ministry of Education.
Since 1998, works as investigator on academic research, methodologist and instructional designer in govermental R&D funds related to Educational Television first, and digita video later in projects such as Alejandría: Videoteca digital para la educación superior, Difusión Inalámbrica IP. In 2001 manages and executes the innovation fund FONTEC project "Integrated System of Goods ands Sertvices for Primary Education".
Since 2004 is a e-learning consultant for the ILPES program, dependant of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC-UN).
Since 2003, founder and articulator of Educalibre, educational and technological community (future NGO corporation) that promotes free software's techonolgy and collaborative model in education. Also manages the chilean community of the free LMS Moodle, and the Sugar Labs Chile, the local lab for the OLPC's constructionist learning platform.
