To meet the requirements, I did the following:

1. Set up a Scoop.it

2. To credit the content creators, unless it is original content, every "story" has a link to the original source.

3. Add value by providing the Kanji, Romaji, and English translations of titles in some stories and background history to help put a story in context (example: Kamen Rider Best Friends) and by providing providing a comprehensive look at a topic by writing an editorial that ties multiple sources together (example: Gigan)

I saw you scoop.it “Daikaiju”.

Your curated topic certainly fills all the requirements you mentioned here. Furthermore the score given by Scoop.it team is high (71), which means that you curate by being focused, giving attribution, and adding value (explanations, comments, translations - which are a great and necessary thing for your topic).

Personally I value most the fact that you are focused on a topic - so, whenever we need to learn about giant Japanese monsters, we know where to find the right information. The pictures are great.

A suggestion, if I may: share to other networks besides WordPress (more people would appreciate and perhaps contribute to your topic. This way you would get more followers, a greater engagement, etc.).

Another suggestion/question if you don’t mind: Why this passion for such extraordinary creatures? How did it start? Why not writing a post on Scoop.it about it?
