I'm a sophomore in high school. I love my AP Stats class and I'm secretary of my Robotics Club. I have attended Cosmos/UCI and worked with Matlab & Osiris X studying mathematical modeling of tumor growth. I took a Genetics course at Johns Hopkins and I liked the computational biology aspect of it. I am currently taking an online Harvard CS programming course. I would like to create an app that would stimulate interest in women engineering/biomedical engineering/minorities in engineering, etc. but would include some enticing activity within the field that would be game-like. I make electro-cautery testing units for surgical instruments in 3rd world countries through EWH(Engineering World Health). I'm on the Varsity Golf and lax team at my school and I play drums and piano. I wrote a computer generated song called "ambitions" ; it's pretty rudimentary, but I love IT and want to do something really cool with it besides snap chatting & texting; my mom calls me the "Renaissance Wo-MAN", whatever that means :) I'm a nerd and I love it!
