A classroom teacher for 10 years... I went to join the professional development team at the local PBS station and have been there for 10 years. Loving the challenges and excitement of innovation, design, and outreach... searching for funding along with meeting educators and students of all ages in rural and urban communities is always the very best part of of my day!
I am a mom of 4 - 16, 14, 8, 8, and a wife to a high school teacher - so I am reminded every day how hard classroom teaching is and how busy the world of school remains... I never forget how important it is to say thank you for everyone who helps make education a success.
