I have already installed Thunderbird, OpenPGP and Enigmail on Windows 8. I created new PGP keys, learnt how to sign an email, how to send as well as receive encrypted email.

I also learnt what to do if my keys are compromised or if I forgot the key's passphrase (use the revocation certificate created earlier).

Since I fully know how to ensure privacy while sending and receiving emails, I'm eligible to receive the badge.
