  It was great that you responded to so many people who wrote comments on your article "The different ways cosmetics might be economically helpful." People like to get responses, and I think it also helps you clarify your own thinking to respond.

  This was a really interesting piece and I learned something from reading it. I believe that you demonstrated oppenness and flexibility by studying the impacts of a trend, that we often think of as purely American, role outside of the United States. You showed flexibility in your thinking and reflected on something that was important to you by studying how your topic impacted another culture. As per curisotiy and creativity, you are curious in your approach because you explored the positive impacts of an American trend on another culture and you creatively explorded the impact of that trend in South Africa, discussing different cosmetics. You have been very focused on this project, thus demonstrating persistence. You demonstrated metacognition by reflecting on your own thinking on this topic. You took responsibility for your research and explored new ideas. Well done.
