I am going to check Evernote out since I've never heard of it, but I recently started a blog, and this topic fits nicely within it.

I settled on Evernote.  I have used it to collect information before on a topic and it works on the different platforms I use (tablet/laptop).  I need to make a few notes on this task though.

I started using Google to track the TED talks I've watched last year. I set up a form that translates the info to a spreadsheet. It works really well- and might work for your needs here as well. :)

At first I was going to use Google Docs, but then I decided to resurect a (mostly empty) blog I created as a grad school project. Here it is:

     E-Views

It was fun to get it going, and it helped me to begin formulating my own opinions about badging!
