  In your second comment about teens and gun violence, I like the way you connect to your own learning and how you included a link to a related article. It would have been nice if you'd written a bit more and included a "thank you" to the person who wrote the original post.

  Ashley, I see that you are engaging with a lot of people on Youth Voices around this issue. I think your comments are a wonderful addition to the conversations that are happening -- ever so slowly -- on Youth Voices around this issue of guns, gangs, and violence.   I can tell that this is an important issue. It is for me too. I've also been studying about gangs and I appereciate your perspective on all of this.
