Jonathan Archer lives in San Francisco, believes transmedia is more than a buzzword, and enjoys the challenge of creating opportunities for impact and change. Drawing on his background in production and post-production, he consults with filmmakers, writers and media arts organizations on transmedia, social media engagement strategies, and provides digital production services for hire. He is currently in development on two transmedia fiction projects, and an interactive film experience. His day job is
as Programming Coordinator for ITVS, where he manages and coordinates activities for five funding initiatives, as well as providing content analysis and coverage. He also blogs, develops and executes innovative social media campaigns for films, filmmakers, and field relations events, and produces live online screenings for the PBS series Independent Lens.
