I work as an educational consultant part-time for a large school board and part-time freelance. I am a trained facilitator, which is work I love. I am currently doing graduate work focusing on personal learning networks. My undergraduate degree is in industrial design so design thinking has been part of my process for quite a while. I home educated my own children & was the home ed consultant for my local school board for 10 years - so emergent connectivist learning resonates strongly with me and I have two decades of work and personal experience in a variety of open learning situations.
