Veteran teacher dedicated to implementing equity in tech knowledge, skills and access for members of disenfranchised groups, like me. I originally came to the United States as a political refugee almost 50 years ago. I did not finish obtaining a Ph.D. in Plant Biochemistry many years ago but I am in the process of returning to school to pursue an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on technology. I am also a member of the Association for Multicultural Science Education which is affiliated with the NSTA.
