I am a legal adviser focused on IT law. I work at ApTI - the Association for Technology and Internet in Bucharest, Romania where my main activities involve advocacy and public policies, awareness campaigns and providing education and legal advice primarily on privacy, data protection and freedom of speech issues. I am also conducting research and I am engaged in the open movement and Internet Governance debate.
