I have been using different distributions of GNU/Linux for a number of years and the Open Source community have given me so much and I would like to be able to give back. I have enrolled in Computer Science at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia which I have yet to commence. I have been coding, compiling and executing simple Pascal programs through the Free Pascal Compiler within the Bash Terminal and now I wish to progress Python scripting and found out about this site and course from a lovely person on the Freenode #Ubuntu channel on IRC. I'm chafing at the bit in all truth & just want to gallop into Python.
