HTML Basic
Submission
I feel that I deserve this badge because I am capable of using basic HTML to both write a page, as well as to extend frameworks such as Bootstrap to display the content in the structure that I want.
I can also translate tags into real-world structures, as evidenced by the fact that I can use the framework's default layout and understand how the tags relate to what is displayed.

I think Nick did very well here, actually going above and beyond the badge requirements by implementing Twitter Bootstrap's free front-end design framework. His design is aesthetic while making effective use of the elements contained in the MDN HTML reference.
Great work.
