  Yes, you obviously have basic understanding of HTML.. However, I don't feel like you completed the required tasks of this badge fully to warrant a full rating.

  You did translate SOME of the HTML tags into real world structures. I gave you a "sometimes" rating on this because you only did representations for a few and not all.
