Mark Sheppard

I learned some very clear fundamentals about the badging concepts, as well as the technical and administrative requirements.  Most telling for me was the understanding of how the badge data is more than just the image, but the clear archival link to the activity and all supporting information - much like an academic transcript.

I saw huge possibilities for much of the ongoing professional development that L&D professionals engage in (usually informally) through Twitter, Facebook, or other social outlets (even peer-driven outlets like this one).

I feel I have met the requirements for this badge because I anchored the proposed project within a real context and one that may be easy to implement, if the technology works the way I hope it will.
