    I completed the tasks a while back, and finally submitted a link for the badge. My personal learning plan involved campaign management, and my candidate lost in the primaries. back to the drawing board until next season.

    I guess I've come to the end of this challenge - though my learning, of course, is only just beginning.

    I've been into the idea of Edupunk for a long time without knowing what to call it, so it's good to have a challenge like this to put some structure to the idea, and Anya kamenetz's books, The Edupunk Guide and DIY U, have been invaluable.

    As part of this challenge I have defined my path and created a plan of my proposed learning, which you can see at Visible Darkness, a website I built in Wordpress as a space to contain my work in an organized way.

    Here you can also see a mind map of my initial Personal Learning Network - I'm sure this grow as I progress with my learning.

    From this PLN I plan to nurture ongoing relationships that will, I hope, evolve into mentorship.

    The next step is, of course, to get on with it and start progressing along my road to success.

    I very much enjoyed your Guide to Open Learning. It's a pretty decent introduction and over view of the subject with sensible tips and advice, not least is that you have to have passion for what you are trying to learn and that you should have a clearly defined reason for learning.

    I am glad to see that you address one of the major issues with Open Learning: accreditation. This is always a stumbling block when I try to promote Open learning, so it's good to see you tacking it with reference to P2PU (of course), Mozilla's Open Badges, and Udacity.

    I do believe that a constructivist approach to Open Learning coupled with a peer-review approach to accreditation is a winning formula.

    It is a google doc that has links to web pages and scoop.it lists. I chose this format so I could easily print it out and include it in a physical portfolio with the certificates earned in most of the exercises.

    looking forward to hearing some feedback before I apply for the badge.

    Oh man- I have to get you in touch with my husband, the Emergency Manager. He's taken a ton of FEMA classes online- while me, the instructional designer, critiques them! :)

    I think this looks amazing Chris. I completely agree with the 'print out' option. My eye only catches one thing- is there a way that you can jazz it up a bit--- like create a pretty PDF or put in some graphics to really 'brand' the doc? That's just my thought.

    Think I am going to add an Objective section- something like  employment in a campaign management position, and staff position for elected local leader.

    I know I need to seriosly work on the third section and include a list of skills necessary for that type of position, but notice the time stamp- at 3:30am my time I was finally like, yeah that is good for now haha.

    I will talk to my friend the design geek this weekend and see what she says about making it look "jazzy" :)

    Also, Leah, I am on the last step of the Badges 101 challenge... trying to think of a good "deliverable" for the final project before my summer classes kick in!
