Edit: I suspect it's the webhost that's acting up because they are launching a new control panel.

Hope your site will recover soon. I'm almost sure it's something about the webhost glitches. Not long ago, mostly out of curiocity I googled for free webhosting options and my impression is that it's quite a typical problem in their case. Maybe it's worth considering moving to some paid, but inexpensive hosting (there are some), because they're safer.
