Douglas Fisher is an educator, consultant, engineer, and entrepreneur. He has been a classroom teacher, worked as liaison to district administration, and was a staff technology consultant for Dayton Public Schools. Over the past eight years, Mr. Fisher has worked as an Education Consultant for digital content providers, most recently with Apex Learning Inc., in Seattle, Washington.
Douglas’s varied background includes maintaining avionics aboard Marine One, developing techniques for early detection of osteogenesis imperfecta in infants, being a restaurateur in American and Turkish cuisine, and as a financial advisor. His current focus is developing a lifelong passion for learning in his two children Truman and Penelope.
Douglas is, at heart, a teacher with an enthusiasm and passion for helping people explore brand new worlds of education and learning.
