Week Four, Evaluating Work Performance
In the fourth week of this study group we will learn about performance management in the workplace. Specifically, what to do with the information collected from performance evaluations and the delivery of the results back to the employee. In addition, the value of the job evaluation to the both the organization and the employee will be addressed.
For easier distribution of work, each week is divided into three "sessions" that help you break down the material into manageable chunks.
