Week Two, Job Analysis and Evaluation [Sept. 21, 2011, 1:45 p.m.]
In the second week of this study group we will learn about job analysis and job evaluation. Pay special attention to the purpose of a job analysis as well as the aspects to be assessed and measured when conduction a job analysis. Identifying essential job functions will also be addressed.
For easier distribution of work, each week is divided into three "sessions" that help you break down the material into manageable chunks.

First Session:
Complete sections 2.1.1 through 2.1.4 on the "Saylor Foundation, Industrial and Organizational Psychology 304" course.
Second Session:
Complete section 2.2.1 through 2.2.7 on the "Saylor Foundation, Industrial and Organizational Psychology 304" course.
Third Session:
Complete section 2.3.1 through 2.3.3 on the "Saylor Foundation, Industrial and Organizational Psychology 304" course.
