I am a systems thinker who loves helping teachers.
I did an undergraduate degree in engineering at Stanford, and then worked for technology companies for more than 15 years. I have been through hundreds, if not thousands, of technology implementation projects in the K12 environment. When I was at Cisco, I helped start the first Cisco Networking Academy at Thurgood Marshall High School in San Francisco and helped many Northern California schools and districts establish their first connections to the internet.
I learned about Edmodo while working on my Master of Arts in Learning Technology at Pepperdine University, and helped them grow from 1 million users to 32 million users over a 3 year period.
I have a passion for helping solve problems related to achievement in Algebra, and love working on STEM projects.
I now work for TenMarks, An Amazon Company, and help create online tools and programs that support our amazing teachers and all the students they work with!
