I am currently a lecturer in the Initial Teacher Education and the Masters of Teaching program at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto (OISE/UT), for both the elementary and secondary panel. I am also Postdoctoral Scholar/Senior Research Associate at the University of Toronto, with Dr. James Slotta. I have taught for 15 years and I have my Principal’s Qualification, my Intermediate/Secondary Qualification, and my Primary Qualification. I completed my degree in the Philosophy of Education, specially focused on technology-enhanced, project-based secondary science, and teacher professional development.
My current research interests connect with teacher orchestration of inquiry-based curriculum, teacher knowledge development through enactment, and teacher-community of practices.
