Born in Virginia in 1952. Raised in a military family, lived in Panama and Germany. Early interests in archaeology and anthropology received MA in anthropology from GSU. Field work in the UK, southeastern US, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Montana, and the Philippines. Became interested in programming and remote education as I worked on my PhD dissertation in education (Dept. of Education Policy Studies, Georgia State in Atlanta). Current interests, simulations of dynamic social processes, environmental justice and indigenous peoples. Current affiliation Columbus State University, Columbus, Georgia.
