I am (at this point) an old hand in the open education community. I've been with MIT OpenCourseWare for the past ten years, am a past president of the OpenCourseWare Consortium, and am an advisor to numerous open education projects including P2PU.
My educational background and personal interest is in creative writing, and I'm hoping through re-engagement with creative writing in this and other communities I can get back to writing my novel (yeah, it's a cliche, but it's my life).
