I have been developing my own plugins through my new job and i will set us up a task by the end of the course and explain exactly how and why it's done! Neil has been busy with a new job but is still interested in developing this group to work through Rebecca Murphey's jQuery Fundamentals book. Can you help him out? As participants you can get involved and create tasks. The jQuery Fundamentals book is well laid out. Perhaps week by week you could work through a section of the book?
