I retired last year after 30 years in el ed. I had studied to be an art teacher, but never did it. When I saw this course with a group working together, I thought that this might be a good opportunity to get my feet wet with online learning. I studied five semesters of art history - but it's a little hazy at this point - especially baroque art. I am also an artist. I focus on contemporary sculpture, made with repurposed/reused/recycled materials. I have always told my students that "Learning is the best fun there is!"
