On this course, we will learn how to take your idea, product or service and create a business plan that delivers financial sustainability and has a positive social impact at the same time. We will explore how to create the vision, mission and develop a business model that lends itself to profitability, but proves its social impact.

Welcome to the course!
We're going to start with giving some background about what a social venture is, and some case studies to illustrate what different structures and models there are.
Then, we will walk you through the creation of your own business plan, including your vision and mission, so bring along the idea for a product or model you want to launch.
