He who works around, know what he needs to work around. I believe Brotherhutch uses FTP almost every day, hence my ratings.

I use FTP almost every day. In this case, however, I do not have FTP access to the host I am using, so I've uploaded an html file to cloud storage and displayed it through an iframe in my blog post. As far as the badge requirements go: I did upload content from my local computer; it is published on the web and is viewable in a browser. I use cuteFTP and Filezilla for my regular FTP needs.

I believe brotherhutch knows what he's doing, and he has demonstrated a slick workaround for companies that won't let you ftp in things normally. Great job.

I'm passing you with flying colors, as you've demonstrated you have met the criteria.
The issue you have with your host, is one short-fall of P2PU, but one which has many ways to work around it.
