About the research: This is a phenomenographic study investigating collaborative learning experiences within two cases in the context of open cross-institutional professional development provision of teachers in HE. Through this research, Chrissi aims to develop a framework for flexible collaborative learning that maximises on cross-institutional development opportunities and enriches related experiences, engagement and development.
