What should a tool for altmetrics do for you? How should technology support open academics?
It's not likely that any one of the tools shown in this course is "ideal" for all users and/or use cases, so we should continue to look for qualities that make good tools great:
Better tools are open and interoperable, and allow for extension of the functions provided to its users.
