Standard Set Answer:
I design interfaces every day, but I want to do something physical that involves techology.
I want to have the ability to build my own basic arduino projects, and troubleshoot the electronics and code when they go wrong.
I have been on one day-long Arduino course but it wasn't quite enough to launch me into a place where I can help people on a course. I can help with any UX Design questions though :)
Public Set Answer:
I have a Sparkfun Snap-off Arduino with LDR, LED, buzzer and a few other things on it.
I went on a one-day course about 6 mths ago.
I did a Computer Science paper at Uni, I ended up being able to write basic C.

I'm leading a class at a small high school on robotics. I have experience in computer programming and industrial and artistic fabrication, and so I can build a lot, but I'd like to connect the programming to whatever I decide to build.
I'd like to learn fairly quickly the ins and outs of the arduino so I can lead a variety of projects on them.
I'm probably not qualified to teach this. I'm here to learn. Preferably at my own pace.
Public Set Answer:
Yes, I build a few different robots as a kid and in college as parts of art projects.
Not yet... soon our science class should have two.

I like the Arduino project, the Open Source ideas and the Robotics.
I hope I will gain enough knowledge about Arduino to start some simple robotics projects. I bought one Arduino card and a couple of books but I don't have time to start to read them,. I hope with this course I will have the right basic to then start read those books faster and beter
I'd like to help, I don't know how I can.
Public Set Answer:
I did some electronics projects at the University ages ago. To be honest the University courses were really boring and too much "theorical" about this.
Yes, I have one Arduino. I just bought one!
