In citizen science, motivators are key. What sort of science motivates you? Climate change? Particle physics? Cancer genomics?
You name it, and most probably, there is already a citizen science project on the Web already addressing it.
If not, or if you don't like what you find, then maybe it's time to start making a citizen cybescience project of your own.
