Anyone can follow a guide on P2PU. Participating is the next level of engagement. The sign-up is a space where interested individuals can express their interest and background in the topic and commit to working with the rest of the participants. Please answer the following set(s) of questions if you want to become a participant or organizer.

  I'm a web developer who mostly uses ASP.NET, C# and MSSQL. I'm interested in web technologies and I'd like to gain more experience in PHP and MySQL.

  It sounds like an interseting project. Last semester in one course I was required to make a functioning webshop, especially on the coding side things were always messy, not very safe(encryption etc) and less refined than I think was achieveable.

  So I hope to learn better coding practices during this course and finally learn to use JS for front-end designs.

  I'm interested in this topic because I'm working on a web site of my own (not a Facebook clone), similar in some ways to what we'll develop in this course (there'll be such things as friend/likes/etc...).

  I'm a web design enthusiast from Hungary, currently living in Malta. I recently have become interested in responsive web design and progressive enhancements. I like good TV, casual gaming, consuming a lot of content via RSS.  I'm working in the area of e-payments.

  I'm currently  into designing more and more complex sites with php and HTML5 enhancements and willing to learn more about interactive/dynamic features. Building up a Facebook clone site from scratch could give me a great insight and practice to get where I want to be technically.

  I hope to understand more about the structure and concept of complex sites while learning about new tools and solutions which I could successfully implement in my current and future projects.
