Anyone can follow a course on P2PU. Participating is the next level of engagement. The sign-up is a space where interested individuals can express their interest and background in the topic and commit to working with the rest of the participants. Please answer the following set(s) of questions if you want to become a participant or organizer.

  Tech Consultant @ CBOE. Extensive background in computers, windows, html, css, CMS systems, etc. But not so great in LINUX (atleast for the moment).

  - I got interested in this topic because I have been an enthusiast of Open Source technology for a while. As a PHP developer I beileve it is important to be rounded in things that have to do with Open Souce development. Also, I have followed Linux development for a while and I know Linux is the future.I want to move with the trend so that's why I am taking the course.

  1) Been using Linux for years and would like to round out my experience.

  2) In everyday use, I tend to focus on certain distributions and commands while missing out on territory outside of those-- This will help to broaden my exposure. Also interested in knowing other interested users and finding out more about Badges and the organization of these learning experiences.

  3) Possibly in the future. At the moment, I would like to see how it is put together.
