The P2Pu Open Masters program can provide one approach, and provides an excellent example of how to organize a focused learning group in a geographical area. With the ONPhD be creative in how you engage a community, think about it being a geographically distributed group or an existing Community of Practice. Keep in mind, an ONPhD is a new and emerging learning approach. So invent something wonderous...
