posted message: We are excited with this ability to work towards declaring your OnPhD candidacy with P2Pu and Wikiversity. The idea of an Open and Networked PhD is a project I (and a few others) have been working on for a couple of years. We believe that having a way to declare candidacy is an important first step toward gaining a PhD level of knowing in a chosen (and self-directed) subject area.
