The list of course tasks are the ones that seem relevant to me:

• high-level roadmap/mission statement  
• Reporting problems  
• Review Strawman: "Guidelines for Structure"  
• accountability and tone 

I've discussed these points in joint work with Charlie Danoff at http://metameso.org/~joe/paragogy/paragogy-latest.pdf.  My view is that that document should be "required reading" for the course (not be cause it is especially authoritative, rather just because it's on topic!).  I will try to copy the key bits into the task descriptions so that further discussion can happen there.
